I asked for the first time ever to have the day my bill goes out put forward by one day So the bank doesn't give me a rollocking ......and guess what it wasn't . Im seriously pi--ed off and I'm tempted to move to Vodafone.

How did you request the change was it via live chat or over the phone, as any account and payment changes should in my view be done over the phone on 202.

Also when did you request the change, as it usually happens at your next billing cycle.

Another possibility is that you didn't leave 6 full working days before the bill was produced but just to repeat  @madasaf1sh, always best to call 202 for account issues even though live chat would seem an easy option.
