Hello,

I recentley went into my local o2 store and got a 02 pay as you go sim, but i was wondering after so long i could possibly upgrade to a pay monthly phone.

you can either call customer services and apply for sim only by phone, or open new account online and once arrived port your number over. and last but not least, open new account in store.

There is no natural upgrade path from PAYG to pay monthly so you can apply at any time.
If you need to build up your credit rating you will need to take a sim only plan. You can then naturally upgrade to a full phone contract after 3 months if you are accepted.

You can apply anytime for pay monthly, only subject to a credit check....
