I have just returned from a week in Mallorca, Spain. I would like to raise a complaint on the quality of the data speeds whilst I was there. I was connected to the Movistar network and I had difficulty accessing social media and my iCloud photos. Given that I was paying £1.99 a day I am not pleased..

This isn't o2 here so they won't see your complaint.

The official process is here http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain although we all know what you mean - it is rubbish and unlikely to change anytime soon.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Every customer complains about roaming data speeds. I doubt a complaint will do you any good as they will just say they can't guarantee the speeds on a foreign network, the same as they say to so many.

That's irrelevant to be honest, the point is that O2 roaming is not fit for purpose when you are paying £1.99/day.
