O2 Claimed Coverage

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have recently moved to BA14 6BT and the O2 service coverage here is nowhere near as good as claimed by the O2 coverage site map.  O2, buck up.

Coverage maps are only a guide and shouldn't be taken as gospel. They are computer simulations of theoretical coverage and don't take into account geographical features or indoor coverage where building construction can be a factor.
Having said that, use the "report a problem" button if it is really poor so O2 can investigate it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It's not O2's problem that you've moved to an area with less coverage then you expect
