Need to make an insurance claim

Anonymous

Hi,

I need to make an insurance claim for my phone but I can't find any way to make a claim which doesn't require the use of a WORKING PHONE. I cannot call, and there are no email addresses I can find. What can I do?

You have to contact customer services.
The easiest way is by phone (borrow one, use a call box etc) but you could try live chat. I'm not sure how successful that would be though?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You can also pop into your local O2 store where they will let you use phone to contact customer service.

If they have lost your device, inform them they have X days further to either find it and act on the insurance, or make reasonable offer of replacement as per their terms and conditions.
