My Account Details

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have just started with O2.

I have topped-up, but I can't find my account type, or the credit in my area online.

Where are the data?

I have Classic PAYG.

I also can't find the rates for the calls.

I would also like to know which are the free numbers to contact O2?

What is the difference between Balance and Tariff?

You need to set up a login to your MyO2 here http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Calls are 5p a minute, texts are 5p, and data is 5p a MB.
The number to contact o2 is 4445 but it costs 25p per call, not free.
Balance is the amount of credit you have. Tariff is the costs incurred using your balance.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
