Hi there,

In May, I bought tickets through priority moments for an event next week however the tickets have now disappeared from my outlook inbox. Can anyone tell me if I can re-download them??

Thank you for your time,

Alex

I've found the link now, if you scroll down this page to "Problems buying Priority Tickets" you should see the ticket sellers contact details:

I'll be very surprised if O2 can help with this.

If you have backed them up to a Gmail account your old emails should still be there, unless your account is set to delete them after a certain period.

Do you know which ticket agency supplied them and do you have an order number?

I'm sure Ticketmaster is one they use.

Hey Guys,

Thanks so much for your help, I really appreciate it!

It turns out that by buying tickets through Priority Moments, I had automatically set up an account with ticketweb and my tickets were logged in there.

Anyway, I have them now and off to see Macklemore next Friday. Happy Days slight_smile Have a swell day, now!

Thanks again!

I though it was something like that, glad you're ok now.:smileyhappy:

Phoning O2 would have been a waste of time as they couldn't have helped.
