live chat has not worked for weeks.... has this servcie been stopped.

Seems to be working for me too at the moment.

Bit late to the party but working for me as well. On mobile and PC. A bit strange really as they close at 23.00. Of course I mean I can get the information on screen. No server errors or blank pages

@MercedesSSorry you misunderstood. It has ALWAYS worked for me both on mobile and PC (even when others couldn't get it). So I have no complaints about access to live chat at all...
