Hi guys,

I can confirm that the "Lend Us a Quid" service was discontinued late August and is no longer available.

Edit with the latest information:

Although Lend Us A Quid it's been shut down as it was built into some tariffs it will still be available to a small number of customers who are on International SIM, Classic & old/legacy tariffs.

To check if you're eligible or not, dial 4444 from your Pay & Go number and if your're eligible and have a balance of 50p or less, you'll have the ‘Lend Us A Quid’ option. If you're not on a compatible/eligible tariff, this option won't be available.

@jonsieI thought so..... but the Ts&Cs I linked to show its just these tariffs where it's not available?

  1. Big Bundles;
  2. Pay & Go, Go, Go; and
  3. Simplicity.

It was withdrawn when the PAYG tariffs were revised in April this year.
Obviously more out of date links?

The second link I posted said those changes were from August....but the 1st link still available as well...

I googled for the info and if any was out of date then O2 should remove it!!
