Solved: Insurance claim

My phone is due to be collected tomorrow as I made an insurance claim for a cracked screen (accidental damage). Just wondering the average time I'd be waiting for a replacement phone if my claim is successful? Has anyone else had any experience of claiming on their insurance through o2?

O2 Insurance tells you 5 working days - but expect a replacement ( mostly a refurbished one ) in about 10 days after they collect the broken device from you.

They aim for a 24 hour turnaround if all goes smoothly.

They are all refurbished devices if past the first 30 days.
