I was afraid of that. Guess it's going to be next week now before you find out.

I came to O2 on payg to check out what customer service is like before I dive into a contract but the more I read the more I’m put off...

Does anyone ever have anything good to say about CS?

There are those who know what customer care is all about. They will do their very best to sort out your issues. They will be courteous, friendly and pass the time of day with you too. Nothing is too much trouble.

Then there are those who don't give a damn. The customer is just an interruption to their socialising. They're curt, almost to the point of snarling. You have a problem then tough, they will pass it on to someone else who in turn pass it on ad nauseum.

Ultimately it depends who you get to speak to but then I guess it's the same with any company.

Either the good advisers vastly outnumber the bad ones or I've been very lucky never to have had a bad experience in my 20 years with O2.

I have to say also that most people join a community when they have a problem and either want advice or a good grumble.

Mostly you will only see the worst of customer service on here. When things do go wrong it's hard to get sorted and to get someone who knows the processes and systems.

Yet anoth Phone call to O2 Insurance and yet again the same response. Just saying they can’t do anything until DPD get back to them. Someone at 02 could just pick up the phone or email them but just seems like they don’t care. Just to reiterate they picked up my phone on the 28th of November
