I rang O2 again today to see what was going on they were not very helpful just said they will need another 5!!!! Days to investigate what’s gone on with DPD they collected my phone on the 28th and it looks like I won’t be seeing my replacement until sometime after the 10th. Bet I don’t get a discount on this months bill needless to say I will be cancelling my O2 Insurance once this is sorted

O2 have confirmed it was stolen so im guessing they will block it as it should now be with them.

It’s an absolute joke! It’s not our faults our phones have gone missing it’s the company O2 used to collect them. Why can’t they just send us to a store to get an replacement it’s simple really. I pay the £12 pemium insurance as well . That’s well getting cancelled
