I can't download and print bills

I can't download bills, have tried clearing cookies but still get the following error message:

There is a known problem that O2 are currently investigating.
@Martin-O2 will update us when he has some news.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Nor can I. The link to download or print your bill opens with an error message. I have a cashback deal with mobiles.co.uk which depends on uploading my bill at regular intervals. I have had the problem before and it has resolved itself but not this time. Countless calls and chats to o2 but I have had to order a printed copy. This is my last bill, so Goodbye o2, Hello FreedomPop!

I cant print my bills its about time this was fixed its been going on for a long time now get your fingers out you tec guys at 02
