How do I contact boostbox support?

I need to add a new sim to my boostbox and despite the website saying "contact bostbox support" there doesnt appear to be any link to a specific area or contact details and after the mess live chat made on my previous query I'm loathed to use that service again

just call 8002 and give them the boostbox serial number

Problem is without a boostbox connection I have no coverage so cant call. O2 coverage accross rutland is pretty patchy but on the rare occasions I find myself with a connection I dont have the sim/serial number details with me... I shall just have to be more organised and stick it all on a note in my wallet
