Nees to pay the outstanding balance of my account so i can upgrade and also nees a replacement sim card for my other phone

For the replacement sim, call into any o2 shop or call customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

To pay off your balance, you can do this through your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 or do it during the upgrade process either online or in store.

You also need to remove your number to avoid spam as this forum is public, not customer services.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
