I purchased a Fitbit charge 2 on Thursday through the website to be picked up in store Saturday. Recieved no confirmation email to say it was in store. Went in just before store closed to be told nothing was on there system for pick up. Money came out of my account Thursday and am still waiting on an email so I can collect.
Needed it for Monday and if I had known it wouldn't have been here I would have ordered elsewhere. No where to cancel my order as it doesn't exist on my o2 account yet.

you could ring customer services tomorrow and ask for the status of your order http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
If out of stock you can cancel through them....If you have chance go instore and see if they have stock there
