While trying to See my account at home, O2 requires me to confirm  who I am by sending me an Email to my O2 Email address (****@o2.co.uk). I cannot set up an Email account in Outlook altough I have set one up as per o2 website instructions. Could you please advise the settings OR can you change my contact address to my "normal" Email address (****@johnpall.co.uk)

Thanks

Mike

O2 has closed down their email service so it can no longer be used, you will have to call customer service to change to your other email address if you cannot log in yourself to do it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
