What browser are you trying to use?
Historically there have been issues with Microsoft Edge, so we recommend using Chrome, FireFox or Internet Explorer.
If you still have issues with one of those, and you are able to see other websites ok, you might need to call customer services.
As a guide, try following this:

What browser are you trying to use?

Yeah, looks like the old Edge issue.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hey @Anonymous How are you getting on, did you manage to download and print the bill in the end? Did you try a different browser as suggested above? Would be great to hear if that helped! slight_smile

The solution is incorrect this time.

 

A call to O2 left me moping around their voice detection system, resuting in password and userid being changed, still no joy.

Thank you - I gathered as much from a couple of other threads relating to DASH4 (not the error I am seeing).

 

Off to pay my bill using the O2 app on my phone, hopefully the invoicing detail I need will be available sometime through the "normal" channel(s).
