Hi I've run out of data and can't get emails or send text messages. I've upgraded to 1000 from 500 (ave usage is 480 per month) but still have problem.

How do I fix so can have more data and send texts before my next bill in 9 days

Change your tariff to one with more allowances in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
or give CS a call http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You can also add a temporary bolt on in your MyO2 to see you through the last 9 days.

Always better to have too much data than not enough. You really need to upgrade your tariff I'm afraid.

I would also have a look into the phone settings to see where all your data is going.
It is very easy to use 1gb on a smartphone so some data management actions might be a good idea.
Don't stream music or videos on mobile data and don't have Facebook/Twitter/Instagram autoplay turned on for mobile data.
Also make sure you only update any apps on wifi and restrict background data to only those apps that you really need to update in the background.
If you want to do everything on mobile data you need to be looking at a much higher monthly allowance.
