1. When is this case going to be resolved, please?
When I call the international fav no.[removed] I go to their answer machine, but if I dial their number direct it goes through ok. Is this number being picked up by their French anti-nuisance calls system? Just an idea.
2. I was told I'd got two credits added to my account because I've not been able to use the above number even though I'm paying for it, a £10 and a £5. Where are these credits, not on my latest bill??? I can't even see them anywhere on my account
