I am a carer for Miss Zawisza,she got her phone from your Banbury store,it doesent charge or sound right,im told she will have to send it off to the maker,she only had it 6 weeks,i then asked how can she stay in contact with me and het Autistic son,the reply was abit hard to take in,we would lend you a phone but there all out,says alot for your store,reply please.Mr S,Manning. Also an o2 customer for over 12 years.
