It depends what bolt ons as some can be removed in your MyO2 but others can't and need you to call CS.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Anonymous how are you doing? Did you manage to cancel your bolt-ons? As per the replies above, it would be helpful to know which types of bolt-ons you have (are they any of these for example?), so the community will be able to advise in more detail in case you still need help?
