Just seen a bill 6//2/2017 twice as high as normal!! Can u explain why ????? If not I want my money back

This isn't customer service so you need to call 202 to query the charges. 

There will be a full breakdown of those charges in My O2.

You probably went over your allowances or made calls not covered by your tariff.
Customer service on 202 will explain your bill if you don't know.
