4G set up assistant

Setting up 4G, I put in my mobile number and then put in the code 4G set up assistant and it gave me this 500 error below and cannot proceed.
Please advise

Sometimes cs forget to enable 4g so if you have any problems and meet all the criteria above, just give them a call to sort it.
They also sometimes put everyone on a Blackberry bolt on by mistake so something else worth checking if 4g doesn't work straight off.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

No need for the set up assistant.
It's never worked properly anyway.
As long as you have a 4g phone, tariff and sim and are in a 4g area it will work.
What problem are you having specifically ?
