Hello i got a 02 boostbox on Friday, plugged it in a phoned 02. They activated it and added my phone numbers, told me in 4 hours it should be working!! It's monday and not working!!!! I phoned over the weekend to be told that it takes 5 days to activate.. REALLY?... I've been looking online and found that as I'm using virgin super hub I need to set up port forwarding so I've done that and it's still not working!! HELP

This is one reason it is limited to business and not been rolled out further only o2 support can help you

A soft reset of the Boostbox may help but as there are so few of these about we don't see a lot of faults and fixes in the forum.

Yeah tried that 3 days in a row! Get told different things every time I speak to them, it's really annoying.. Why role out something they know nothing about!!!

Wait for 4 hours appears to be the limit of the advice given.

My 02 boostbox got delivered 10 days ago and hasnt worked yet!!! Ive probably made 10 calls to 02 i either get cut off or told some nonsense and to ring back in 48 hours!!! I would not bother getting a boostbox its a waste of £150 and the customer service is a joke passing you from pillar to post...

I don't know if you can get a refund on it as normally you would have to send it back within 7 working days, I assume it the same for business customers.

 

Have you tried asking for a replacement as it could be faulty?
