02 Priority - How do I set postcode?

How do I change the default or preferences in O2 Priority? I tried the live chat thing for advice, but still I get no offers that apply to me. Thanks for your help

I'm not sure I understand?
Do you see offers when you open the app?

There should be a local section where it will tell you how far you are from a participating store. You merely need location services switched on.
