I forgot my log in details for blackberry internet service (wwwo2email.co.uk). I just upgraded my phone from a blackberry torch to the blackberry z10.
my o2email.co.uk account is now locked and its telling me to either wait for the lock out period to expire or call customer care.
any ideas who to call so I can unlock my account? I chatted with an agent online who said that the o2email.co.uk mail service has now been discontinued(????). I'm not sure about that since I was almost able to create a new account on http://www.o2email.co.uk/ today.
Any help will be appreciated.
