I have a Lumia 640, Microsoft upgrade advisor app says I'm eligable for windows 10 update but will not allow me to do it until. It says it will notify me when its available on my network carrier. As an o2 customer when will I be able to upgrade?

This article says both @Anonymous and @si1's phones will be getting the update, but as @MI5  has said it's now down to O2 as to when.

If it really is waiting for O2 @Chris_K will know, but as far as I understand, with Win10, it is pushed out directly by MS.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Initially its a manual update only. People on other carriers have managed to update today since it was released.

Search on google/bing etc windows 10 mobile, there is several links that will say "find out if you are eligable here" providing a link that will take you to the app.you have to have windows 8.1 Lumia denim installed to get the app.
