What is it you're trying to use the Bluetooth connection for? If it's for dial-up networking (modem mode) or file transfers (FTP), neither of these are supported by the Nokia Lumia 800 unfortunately. If you're looking to share files, you can try third party applications for sharing them between your phone and PC, or you can simply email them to/from your phone.

You can also use the cable to connect the phone to your PC to transfer files that way.

To import music to Zune, just open Zune up and beside it, open up your music files. Select your music and click + drag them over to the Zune window. This should import them to Zune, and then you can sync Zune with your phone to copy them to your phone.

Welcome to Nokia 800 hell,

its a brilliant phone but.....

its crap at Bluetooth, it will not speak to another phone, it only talks to pc/mac with Zune,

and backing up your date from another nokia is a challaging learning curve,

trust me I have the t shirt.

Tip. get a hotmail account and Live. online,

Tip  sort out all your folders for zune to work with,

Tip carry a spare charging lead in your car.

Tip Look for apps for the simple things, like saving pre sent text msgs,

There may be light, upgrades on the way after oct 29th but dont quote me on that.
