Hi.,

I cant remember how to access old voice mails...isnt there a number I can tap in?

You should get the option to listen to saved messages but you may find they have been deleted depending how old they are.

In general, isn't the voicemail number usually stored on the sim as a sim contact?  Or somewhere within the sim menu?

It is and should default to the number 1 key as a direct dial number.
