an international number can call me and I was able to call them until about 3 days ago. Suddenly I’m getting “the number you have called is not recognised”. What’s going on and can someone from o2 please fix it.
To iterate - I have got the *correct* number - I’ve called many times, almost daily, I tried typing it as well - no difference. They can call me.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Have you hit a spend cap or used all the minutes if you have an international bolt on?

I am not aware of a limit on minutes on international bolt on. I’ve done about 40min, so I hope not. I’m also able to call other international numbers, it’s just a specific one I have an issue with.
regarding limit - no, I have not reached the spending cap.
