my friend has this phone and since yesterday my texts are going straight to his spam box. How can this be fixed

Have a look in the message app for a blocked number list and see if your number is listed.

Welcome to the Community Forum.

Occasionally turning the phone off , clean the SIM card and battery pull (phone model dependant) and turn the phone back on clears lots of glitches.

Only my number is going straight to spam box. Has moved messages from spam to inbox but not cured problem

If your number is still on the spam list it won't cure it until it's removed from there.
If your number is on the list, press and hold the number until "delete" pops up then touch to delete it.

From memory he needs to go into his sms settings, then go to Spam settings and take your number out of there.

Phone turned off and on again and still same problem. Confusing as everything was fine until yesterday when I changed my tariff but my texts go through to other mobiles no problem
