Solved: recieve use my asha 300 in america

my asha 300 being a dual phone will not connect in north america. I can receive text messages

and recieve messages from support but 1 am unable to make calls here in amrica.al i get is the message.This is not a working number. can anybody help.

Are you using your O2 sim or a US sim? If you are using the O2 sim did you have International Travel provisioned before you left the UK? Is the phone unlocked? If so, try a US network PAYG sim.
