hi the green light on my Huawei pot hot spot doesn't work do i need a new one

it's the WiFi light that doesn't work it's on contract with 02

@parminder_43 You won't get through to O2 during this crisis for this issue. You're more likely to get help from Huawei.

Have you gone into the mifi control panel and checked if WiFi is turned on? 

Have you set the O2 APN?

Lots of things in setup that could be effecting it's operation.
