nokia lumia 520 not sending or receiving mms im on pay an go access point says its active any ideas to solve this would be appriciated thanks

Have you ever been able to send them or not? It may not be activated on your account. Call CS on 4445 to check.
Otherwise, try send a text "Active" to 2020.

Also, you need actual credit to send an MMS on PAYG (not an included allowance).
