Might sound silly but have you got all your contacts inputted correctly onto your sim/phone? I only ask because my mother-in-law recently tried to add my new number to her new phone, and thought she was adding it as a new contact, but accidentally managed to add it under my father-in-laws contact profile. No-one could understand why she was constantly calling the wrong number and sending confusing texts until i got hold of her phone and checked it myself!
