You need to call customer service. If you have a problem with speaking English (no offence intended) ask a friend to speak for you.

you need to call customer service to have it reset.

A o2 staff member @rosadosc will be on the community in an hour or so and can possibly advise you further

   I don't know if I understood it right but I think you may be on the rewards web page trying to claim your O2 reward and entered the pin wrong to many times and blocked it. Not to worry! There are other ways to do it:

 

  • Texting ‘Claim’ or ‘Save’ to 50202
  • Call 313 free from your O2 mobile
  • Through the O2 Rewards web site

Failing that, O2 customer services ,4445, can claim it for you. Hope this helps slight_smile
