Hi I have recently upgraded fron Iphone 4s to an LG spirit lite. My daughter told me to switch off my Iphone and then Lg phone should start to work. Have had my Iphone off now for over 12 hours and It hasn't yet. Any advice please would be appreciated. Ann

Hi @Anonymous If you are having problems with swapping the sim yourself...then pop into any O2 store and they will do it for you very quickly...

Try restarting your new phone, but if that doesn't work, did you upgrade in an O2 shop?
If so, go back and ask them to do the upgrade properly for you including changing data package and activating the sim.
