Can anyboldy help me out please? I have the galaxy s4 mini phone and I set my pic and name on the screen when it locks however I spelt my name wrong and I cannot remember how to change the name as I forgot how I did it!
Also there are 3 home screens and the apps are all over the place how do put what I want on to the home screen?
Sending texts, I can not tell if the texts have been sent or not, is there a 'email sent' folder as I cannot find one. Does 'draft' mean that they have not been sent? I have set the settings to give me an alert when text has been sent and read but that is not happening.
thanks for any advice as this is my first smart phone and it is very different, I even find the screen very sensitive as well

Settings >> Lock screen will let you edit your screen name and whatever else you want to appear on there.
Messages will stay in drafts if they haven't been sent. You need to check your Message Centre number in the message settings.

To put apps on the home screen just go to the app you want by pressing the apps button at the bottom right of the screen. Press and gently hold the app and then move it by sliding it left and it will go to whichever page you want. When the home page appears just let go.
To move apps around on your home screen, do the same and place them where you want.
See how you go and come back if you need further help.

O2 don't support delivered notifications, if you put *0# in front of the text in a message you should get one.
