data not connecting

Hi, for the past two weeks my data has not been connecting from my BlackBerry Z10. I have checked my O2 account and have all of my 1GB remaining. Also just updated all my apps and software in the hope that this would solve the issue but unfortunately no change. Wifi working fine if that's relevant.

Glad you got it sorted!

And a reminder for me to suggest restarting the phone...that normally sorts all kinds of problems with Blackberry phones in particular Smiley Very Happy

Generally the Z10 shouldnt need to be restarted all that often if at all, but its sometimes useful to do just to clear memory, etc. Just hold the power button at the top of the phone in for a few seconds and then press the restart button on the screen.
