Paying the bill on time will prevent all this, reset the direct debit to a date that suits you better and leave it alone, as you agreed to in your contract.

My post was simply asking if the OP has the same problem with trying to send a message to all contacts or just one of their contacts. If it is the recipient who has no internet service then the OP will get a red cross in messages too.
