Indeed - I'm sure there will be many interested members that have non-Lumia devices. Unfortunately until we're given official info by these manufacturers, we're unable to comment in an official capacity as to what their plans and/or progress are, but great to see some are replying directly to customers asking about the latest status of 8.1 on their devices.
Please do keep us updated on what you hear back @Anonymous and if/when we hear anything official, we'll be sure to keep everyone updated here on the Community.

I just finished a live chat with HTC about 2 minutes ago unfortunately he said We do not have any information about when the update will be made available. This was in regards to a HTC Windows Phone 8 S by the way.

I've actually used the Email the CEO link on the Samsung UK website so I'll see what sort of response I get.
