6 years with Vodafone and never an issue. 3rd outage in 7 months. Awful. What's the point of super customer service when your network is rubbish. Thank God they sold O2...hopefully things will get better with 3! Bunch of monkeys running the show there.

It's being fixed so you should be up & running in no time & no service is guaranteed to be fault free

I am afraid by their very nature networks are prone to this sort of issue - any network beit internet or mobile - a glitch at a critical point, one server going down or whatever the issue is the knock on effect is widespread - it's the nature of the beast.

A little more than "isolated" if the forum is any indication.....
