Water Damage

Anonymous
Not applicable

I recently had my phone nudged out of my hand whilst  out shopping and it landed in a puddle! I don't have insurance, but my blackberry is still under warranty. Will I get this fixed from o2 for free, or will I have to pay a charge? Or will they simply not do anything?

Won't be covered by the warranty but check your home insurance to see if personal items are covered. O2 will charge for any repair but quote you first.

Water damage is not covered by warranty. You can only claim on insurance or pay for a repair yourself.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
