Anyone got this working with o2 with 4g ?

 

Been onto live chat 4 times and still no luck. Have had it unlocked and can get 4g no problem with my giffgaff sim as well as original vodaphone sim but not showing 4g on o2.

 

 

im in a 4g area, i have a 4g phone, iv changed to pay as you go tarrif thats 4g, iv switched off n on,

iv reinserted sim, but still no 4g showing on o2.

Can anyone here help ?

Try calling 4445 and ask to make sure 4G is provision on you account. Have you tried the sim in another 4G phone? It does sound like the sim or the account at fault here

You dont need it provisioned you just need to possibly change the apn as @MI5 is asking
