Very Poor Signal in West Midlands

For well over two weeks now ( from mid August 2015) I have had only 1 bar of signal in the aouth Birmingham and Stourbridge areas. My girlfriend and her family are also having the same issues. We've all reported this to O2 who don't seem to know what this issue is as their equipment is registering fine. Haven't long moved to O2 myseld as I was having signal issues with EE, but EE were never this bad! To date O2 are still working on this issue (we hope). Anyone else local having similar problems with the voice (phone) signal?
