I have been going round in circles with o2 so i am hoping someone here can help. I have a Galaxy watch 3 with 4G i got as a gift and have been looking to activate it on the o2 network. Far as i can tell this is acheivable from the info online however there are no plan options nor are there any sensible instructions. I have also spoken to a number of o2 customer service people on the phone and in store who sid many different things but non of which had a solution to my issue.

You need to get an eSim pack from an O2 store and activate it, then set up the data plan through the wearables app on your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes, it's a different eSim but it just uses it for data and the calls received or made are done over 4g using the same number as your phone.
