Help, I'm in Delhi I actually spoke with O2 before I left the uk and told them I would be in India from today. My phone previously worked in the USA in December but now it's locked on emergency calls only!
It's driving me nuts, the on line chat service is down and I can't phone them. What should I do, it's a blackberry Z10.

Try manually searching for a network.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

An alternative if your phone is unlocked to all networks is to obtain a local sim card.
