Everytime I go to check out when upgrading it says the site is experiencing problems. Ive been trying to upgrade for two days now.

Hi @Jodie3 You would be better off calling customer services today. My husband upgraded yesterday and got straight through. They open at 8am https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Edited to add the site was experiencing problems yesterday. He couldn't upgrade online, Hence the reason for the call to CS.

Even better is to go in store. You can make sure they have the phone you want and won’t have to wait for delivery.
You can walk out the store with your upgrade in just a few minutes.

Of course they could just be upgrading a tariff as my husband did yesterday. Over the phone calling CS...

10 minutes and it was done...:smileywink:
