Hi,

I am unable to synchronise emails and access the web on mobile data network with Nokia Lumina. Everything works fine over the BT WI FI network.

Does anyone have a similar problem?

Good evening.

Give your SIM card a clean.

Check your apn settings.

Or text active to 2020, save the settings and re boot your phone.

You could check with O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract & 4445 for PAYG to make sure your account is ok.

Also Check your service status to ensure signal is ok.

Thank you, tried text active to 2020, and re-booted phone, worked fine with first attempt then problem occurred again. Will try cust svcs. Appreciate your response. Regards Billy

Download the network app from the app store and select the correct O2 settings for your tariff.
